The Butterfly Effect was founded in memory of LaTrisha Pruitt. We lost Latrisha to domestic violence 11/24/2007. LaTrisha  leaves behind three little girls ages 7, 5, and 8 months (currently) , her mother (Elaine) , Step-father (Cyrus) , two brothers ( James & her twin LaTrell) , One sister-n-law (Christy) , One niece age 13 , & one nephew age 4 .
 

We have started this organization with the hopes of educating the public about domestic violence, as well as lending a helping hand to survivors of this kind of abuse. Domestic violence is a real issue in our country that needs to be addressed.  Domestic Violence is deadly! It’s time that we as a community join together and do something about this issue. People are losing their lives to this abuse and it’s time for it to stop!
